Order Error and Poor Customer Service

I ordered two identical shirts but with two different names, one L and one XL.
Well, I had two mistakes in the order, I received two L shirts instead of one L and one XL.
Even more serious was that one of them arrived with absolutely nothing printed on the front of the shirt. Absolutely incomprehensible that this is not detected before proceeding with the shipment of the shirts.
I have been after the company for two weeks, commenting on the situation in order to rectify it and I still have no solution to this day....

Poor distribution

I placed an order for two t-shirts that said it would take four or five days and it took 15 days to arrive on the t-shirt I have no complaints.
