How long will my order take?

You must take into account that your garment is unique and therefore the production time is 13 working days since each garment is made 1 to 1 with the personalization, therefore the shipping time is from the moment the order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping time is 24-48 hours to the Peninsula and 3-5 days to the Islands.

In case of extension of the delivery time due to exceptional causes, the customer will be informed.

Can I return my order?

NO.

We do not make refunds on personalized products as it is a unique product created for you.

Exceptions will be made in the event of an error or problem directly affecting Cherry Sports Lab and the garment will be replaced.

When can I cancel my order?

You will be able to cancel within 24 hours after placing your order as this is the time it takes us to process your order.

In case of cancellation after the stipulated period we will not refund the money, we will issue a check with the value of the order to be used on the web.

I have not received my order confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation in the email address you used during the purchase process, please contact us at cherrysportslab@gmail.com.

I had an error during the purchase process

Don't worry!

Write us quickly and we will change the data of your personalization so that the product is perfect. Please do it within 24 hours, otherwise we will not be able to make the change.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

If you have made a mistake in your delivery address you can contact our team at cherrysportslab@gmail.com.

Please note that you must do this within 48 hours of placing your order.

What do I do if my product arrived defective?

A thousand apologies!

If your product has arrived defective or in bad condition please contact us through our email cherrysportslab@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

To make it easier for us, please attach images of the product and your order number to the email.

How do I add a discount code?

The discount code is added at the first step of the purchase of the garment.
