How long does my order take?
You must keep in mind that your garment is unique and therefore the production time is approximately 5 working days since each garment is made 1 to 1 with customization, therefore the shipping time is since the warehouse order comes out.
The shipping time is 24-48h on the peninsula and 3-5 days to islands
In case of delivery term due to exceptional causes, the customer will be informed.
Can I return my order?
NO.
We do not return personalized products since it is a unique product created for you.
Exceptions will be made if there is an error or problem that directly affects Cherry Sports Lab and the garment will be replaced.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel during the 24h after placing the order since it is the time we take to process your order.
In case of wanting to cancel it outside the stipulated period we will not reimburse the money, a check will be made with the value of the order to use on the web.
My order confirmation has not arrived
In case you have not received your confirmation of the order in the email that you have used during the purchase, get in touch with us through the cherrysportslab@gmail.com email.com
I have had an error during the purchase process
Don't worry!
Write us quickly and change your customization data so that the product is perfect. Do it within a maximum period of 24 hours if we can not make the change.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If you have had an error in your delivery address you can contact our team through cherrysportslab@gmail.com.
Keep in mind that you must do it within a maximum period of 48 hours since you make the order.

What do I do if my product has arrived defective?

If your product has arrived defective or in poor condition, contact us through our cherrysportslab@gmail.com email and we will manage a garment change immediately.

How is a discount code added?
The discount code is added in the first purchase step of the garment.
A box will appear filling you under the product where you can put the code.
