Bad experience

In if the equipment is fine, but I had a bad experience in the shipping took longer than expected and the order came twice, because I claimed it, at the time of sending mail to claim did not answer me until the last moment explaining that the order had done wrong, in the end when the order was done correctly the shipment was fast, I guess it will be a case among many.
