We do not make resi on customized products because it is a unique product created for you.

When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours after placing your order because this is the time needed to process your order.

If you wish to cancel it outside the established period, we will not refund the money, a refund will be made with the value of the order to be used on the site.
